Here's a fun site I use all of the time to help visualize characters that I create for scripts, RPGs, and everything else.  The contols are simple and it can be very addicting.  Perhaps you fellas could use this to create pictures of your heroes for Game Night on Friday?  Just a suggestion…Wink

Here is the hero I created… Shadow Shifter.  (Help me think of a better name)

His main ability is phasing.  I don't really like the colors, but wanted a darker costume that would help him blend into the shadows.

Its a work in progress ;-)

Vista has a Snipping Tool to take screenshots of your screen, then I just saved it as a JPG.

If you don't have Vista, you can download a program called MWSnap, does the same thing.

Thanks, Fozz.  Enter… the Fury!  He's got a limited amout of super-strength and invulnerability.  He also has flight and the ability to make people see their own nightmares.  Watch out, Batman!  Wink

Oh, hey man, I've had a lot more practice… and time on my hands.Laughing

Now introducing… the dastardly Bug!  He can stick to walls, shoot acid from his fingertips, dig through solid rock, and shrink to the size of a common household fly.  He's one mean hombre'… and yes, he does know that a spider isn't a bug.  He just likes the way it looks.

Awesome!! I love the name too!!!

It's perfect because I was looking through the powers last night and I think I want him to focus on illusion and other things like that.

I tried making my character on that program, but I don't really understand how all the advantages/disadvantages, skills, powers and abilities, work together, because I ran out of points after two powers and mediocre abilities…..

oh well, I try more later.

Ah, that is the rub of the system.  You have to balance power with what points you have to spend.  Not everyone can be Superman right out of the gate.  Tongue out  You have to remember, this campaign is focusing on “real” people dealing with a sudden surge of fantastic powers.  Think Heroes-style characters, only they choose to do evil instead of fight for good.  I'll post a couple of examples in the DC Heroes 3rd Edition forum of characters using the 450 point start value.  Hopefully, that will help.
